If you are in Northern France, there is a close (but not identical) cousin at Saint-Évroult-de-Montfort (between Rouen and Le Mans).

 

 

One other English church, Saint Mary at Burnham Deepdale, Norfolk, has a (stone) font with monthly labours (but no Zodiacs).
