Todi

Rich Renaissance Civic Space in South Umbria

Todi in Spring - The Duomo and civic buildings are on the left, the Franciscan church on top of the hill, and Santa Maria della Consolazione (begun 1508) on the right.  And the view - well that is for sale - contact Gregory Page

And in the light of a November morning, the Duomo overlooks the expansive Piazza Vitt. Emanuele and rich architecture befitting a major Renaissance commercial centre

Gregory just keeps on working the phones (above) on the Duomo steps overlooking the spacious but (almost) empty winter Piazza

The light filled interior of the Duomo, overseen by a striking Rose Window

The Teatro Comunale - superior performance space befitting an important renaissance commercial centre

Giuseppe Garibaldi and Todi's answer to the huge Cypress tree outside Sant'Antimo (to be found at the back of the Town Hall)
