The fountain on a traffic island opposite the church of Sant'Andrea della Valle (on the busy Corso Vittore Emanuele and also the setting for Act I of Puccini's Tosca) is a bit of a challenge to reach unhurt, and sadly the water noise is drowned out by traffic ..... so this is probably the best and coolest way of experiencing it!
